This CYU5307-Chemical Aspects of Food Industry course is a 3-credit course offered in the second semester of the Level (5) five courses in the B.Sc Degree programme. This course provides the students with a basic knowledge of food chemistry focusing on the food macro-nutrients and micro-nutrients. This course is offered by the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Natural Sciences, The Open University of Sri Lanka.
