Dissertation is a core course in the second year of your master’s programme. It carries a weight of 15 credits which requires 1,500 notional hours of study.

MSP9334 – Organizational Behaviour  in Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management (HBA in HRM) programme, by the Department of Organizational Studies, Faculty of Management Studies provides you with an introduction to OB.  Each unit of this course provides a comprehensive understanding of theories, concepts and tools of OB and equip the participants with relevant knowledge and skills in order to encourage them towards strategic application of the knowledge and skills for effective management of the human effort.  Topics include an introduction to OB, the environmental context of OB i.e. globalization, diversity and ethics, design and culture, rewards systems, personality, attitudes and perception, motivational needs, processes and applications, communication and decision making, stress and conflicts, power and politics, groups and teams, behavioural performance management, and effective leadership processes.
