This course is designed for level 02 in the “Advanced Certificate in Science (ACS)" programme. ACS can be followed by any person who wishes to study the discipline or earn an entry qualification to pursue a relevant Degree programme (Science and engineering degree). This course will introduce you some selected sections in Mathematics. This is a 5 credit course which will require about one hundred and fifty hours of study. The major aim of this course is to make student with strong foundation to follow the basics in Mathematics.

PHF 2525 - "Physics 03" is a foundation Physics course. This course is designed for level 02 in the “Advanced Certificate in Science (ACS)" programme. ACS can be followed by any person who wishes to study the discipline or earn an entry qualification to pursue a relevant Degree programme (Science and engineering degree).

This course will introduce you some selected sections in basic Physics.  In this semester (1st semester), course is designed to focus on Heat and Fields. This is a 5 credit course which will require about one hundred and fifty hours of study. The major aim of this course is to make student with strong foundation to follow the basics in Physics.  

This course is designed for level 01 in “Advanced Certificate in Science (ACS)" programme. ACS is suitable for any person who wishes to study a discipline or earn an entry qualification to pursue a relevant Degree programme.

CYF2517 - CHEMISTRY 3 - a 5 credit Chemistry course at level 2 in the ACS (Advanced certificate in science)

CYU2515 - CHEMISTRY 1 - is a 5 credit Chemistry course at level 2 in the ACS (Advanced certificate in science)

If you have followed Biology as A subject in the G.C.E. Advanced Level class and passed the Exemption test of Biology, you are eligible to follow this course.

If you complete the Botany and Zoology components of Part II successfully, you can directly gain admission to the Degree Programm of your choice.

The credit weightage of this course is 5 and you are expected to spend 250 notional hours including the time spent for the Day Schools for this course.

This course is designed for students who have not followed G.C.E. Advanced Level Biology as a subject but have obtained at least six (06) passes at the G.C.E (O/L) examination including Mathematics and Science, or equivalent local /foreign qualification from a recognized University/ institute.

After successfully completing both Botany and Zoology components of Part I you can gain admission to Part II of the Biology course.

As this is a course with 5 credit weightage you have to spend 250 notional hours including time spent for Day Schools for this.
