STP8808/STE8811 Teaching Practice

STP8808 - "Teaching Practice" is one of the compulsory courses of the Post Graduate Diploma Programme (Level 8). This is an 8 Credit course. To complete this course you need to spend about 400 hours. This course is specially designed to assist teachers to develop and improve their professional competencies to work as effective teachers in the field of education.

STP8403/STP8303 Educational Measurement and Evaluation

This is a compulsory course for the Post Graduate Diploma in Education programme, offered by the Department of Secondary and Tertiary Education of the Faculty of Education .
The course consists of seventeen study sessions, and you are supposed to spend 200 notional hours to complete this course successfully.

STP8302 - Foundations of Education course is specially designed to assist individuals who are in the field of education to explain the discipline of education in philosophical and sociological perspectives. This is one of the compulsory courses of the Post Graduate Diploma in Education Programme (Level 8). This is a 3 Credit course. You need to spend about 150 hours to complete this course.

STP8404 Educational Technology Foundations

This is a compulsory four (04) credit course in the Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) programme, offered by the Department of Secondary & Tertiary Education at the Faculty of Education. Its a blended online course to facilitate you to develop your competencies in integrating educational technology into the teaching-learning process.
