TAI3216 - Pattern Construction I is a course of 2 credit rating and is offered at level 3 of the Bachelor of Industrial Studies programme. This means that you are expected to spend approximately 100 hours of study time for this course. This is a compulsory course for Apparel Production and Management stream and the Fashion design and product development stream which comes under the Bachelor of Industrial studies programme. The course is offered by the Department of Textile and Apparel Technology of the Faculty of Engineering Technology.

Our aim of this course is to give you a basic understanding to women's wear, gent's wear and children's wear pattern construction.
