This is a three credit, second semester course offered by Department of Nursing under BSc (Hons) in Nursing degree programme as a fully online course. Cardiac nursing is a specialized and evolving nursing discipline that focuses on the prevention, assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of individuals with cardiovascular diseases and disorders. The aim of the course is to provide knowledge and skills for the application of evidence-based cardiac nursing care within acute care, critical care, rehabilitation, and community healthcare settings.
