TAS6410 Ergonomics is a course offered at Level 6 for the students of Bachelor of Science Honours in Engineering and Bachelor of Industrial Studies Honours Degree programmes in the Faculty of Engineering Technology of the Open University of Sri Lanka, Department of Textile and Apparel Technology.
The main objective of this course is to teach the students how to design work places in manufacturing organizations by considering human factors, environmental factors, organizational factors and designing and/or selecting suitable machines and equipment.
