EER6689 Final Project – Software Engineering is a Level 6, 6-credit course offered for students in the BSc in Software Engineering program by the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Final Year Group Project characterize the culmination of study towards the Bachelor of Software Engineering Honours degree programme. It offers the opportunity to apply and synthesise knowledge gained throughout the programme, and also to create new knowledge.

In contrast to the other courses, Software Group projects are undertaken in groups. These necessarily introduce the dimension of workload management into the programme, and enable completion of a large, relatively unstructured "assignment" over the course of the year. The emphasis is necessarily on facilitating learning in technical, project management and presentation spheres.
