This is a level 4, five-credit core course which is designed to impart the students the knowledge, skills and attitudes required in understanding the nature of law and contract law in business settings, and prepare the students with foundation level of legal knowledge, skills and understanding they would require to successfully manage the legal challenges. his course is offered to Bachelor of Management Studies (Honours) degree programme by the Department of Organizational Studies, Faculty of Management Studies, OUSL.
