OSU4404 - Introduction to Law & Contract Law
This is a level-4, four-credit core course which is designed to impart the students the knowledge, skills and attitudes required in understanding the nature of law and contract law in business settings, and prepare the students with foundation level of legal knowledge, skills and understanding they would require to successfully manage the legal challenges. This course is offered to Bachelor of Management Studies (Honours), Bachelor of Management Studies (Honours) in Human Resource Management, and Bachelor of Management Studies (Honours) in Accounting and Marketing Management degree programmes by the Department of Organizational Studies, Faculty of Management Studies, OUSL.
