LLU5321 – Health Law – is a core course designed to introduce you to the fascinating and evolving intersection of law, medicine, and public health. This course spans 20 hours of interactive learning and 130 hours of self study (including assessments) where you will explore key areas such as patients’ rights, medical confidentiality, organ donation, regulation of healthcare professionals, and contemporary issues like pandemics, AI, and digital health. This is a level 5, 3-credit course which is offered by the Department of Legal Studies, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, OUSL.
