LLU5810/LWU3312 - Land Law is a 08 credit course offered at Level 5 of the LL.B. degree program by the Department of Legal Studies.
This course investigates some basic principles and concepts pertaining to the mode of acquisition of property rights, classification of property and modifications of these principles by judicial decisions and legislature. The relevancy and suitability of such principles in addressing the socio-economic realities of the contemporary Sri Lankan community are further explored in this course.
